** Please note that if you rent a unit in the A, G, H, or I buildings, you will have a Smart Unit equipped with a Noke lock. You will receive a text/email to download the Storage Smart Entry app where you will follow the instructions to create your Noke account. When logging in after your account is created, the app requests permission to access Bluetooth and Location Services. It is EXTREMELY important that you select “OK” to BOTH prompts. If you don’t allow both, the app will not function properly, and you will not be able to gain access through the gate or your unit. It is also very important that you access your day's digital key BEFORE arriving at the facility. Please make sure you view the step-by-step tutorial on the app as they will help you into the facility and unlocking/ locking your unit. Thank you!
