Move Out Instructions

- Please keep in mind we do NOT allow semi-trucks or similar oversized vehicles inside the storage facility during the move out and move in process. This will help prevent damages that can occur to buildings, pavement, etc.
- Requests are considered pending until it has been finalized by a manager.
Billing will continue as normal until the move out instructions per the storage agreement are completed as follows:
Step 1: Once you have everything moved out of your unit, please remove cobwebs, sweep and bag any dirt/ garbage, and remove it from the facility when you leave.
Step 2: Take a photo showing the unit # and clean unit and text it to 208-751-5478. Once the photo is received, your move out will be finalized, and we can stop future billing.
Step 3: Before you leave, please don't forget to shut the door and remove your lock or locks if you have a 'walk through unit'. If you have an electronic lock, please make sure to slide the latch over to properly secure the unit.
- Please keep in mind we close at 5pm and are closed on the weekends. On some occasions, the move out may not be finalized until Monday.
- Per our agreement, we will prorate your move out if you have rented for one full month and as long as the move out instructions and photos are received before 5pm on the 20th of the month.
- We will only refund the deposit with both a 30 day-notice and the move out instructions being completed.
